Well Valentines was pretty good. The kids loved putting together their Valentines for their friends. Cole and Riian had their class lists and spend a lot of time picking out the perfect Valentine for each person, so as not to send the wrong message, or to send the right one. This year I got Izzy her own valentines so that she could take some to her friends. She and Jack had a great time sealing theirs with the stickers provided

Riian and Izzy have been hanging out a lot lately. Izzy decided one day that she was going to be a "tom-boy" like Riian. So she dressed up in her best tom-boy outfit. Never mind that she had her tu-tu skirt on under the costume.

Nate and Riian went to the Daddy Daughter dance again this year. This year the theme was a sock hop and Riian asked me about every 5 minutes while I was dressing her if I was sure that this is what people wore in the 50's. She didn't want to roll her jeans or wear a scarf around her neck, or her hair in a pony-tail. I told her tough cookies and to hush up. She had a good time and Nate took her out for ice cream after
Tonight for family home evening we made hand puppets from a kit that Aunt Vicki gave us. The kids loved it and now they are thinking of plays to do with them

Jack was pretty sure this was a cow. It took quite a lot of convincing before he believed it was a Unicorn.

For the big news. Cole had his science fair this past month. His project was on which landscaping material caused the least erosion. He was one of the top 3 in his class and now gets to go on to the district science fair on the 1st of March. Way to go buddy!

This is his best friend. Cute boys.If he's in the top 200 in the district he gets to go to regionals at BYU. We'll let you know how he does
