Sick
That is what is going on at my house this week. I am sick, sick, sick. I had to go into the hospital on Monday to get some more iron (for anyone who is new to my blog, this is a pretty common thing). On Tuesday I was feeling pretty achy and by Wednesday I had the full blown flu. Nate is pretty sure I got it while at the hospital. I said he was crazy, you can't get sick at a hospital, but apparently it's one of the best places to pick up illnesses. So... now I am sick. I meant to do a lot of things around the house this week to get ready for the Christmas rush, but all I've been doing is laying on the couch reading-whispering books to Izzy. She thoroughly enjoys this, I just wish I felt more productive. Oh well, hopefully next week my lungs won't feel like they are on fire and my head won't feel likes it's going to explode at any moment.

Thanksgiving goodness (get ready for a picture overload)
We spent this Thanksgiving in Las Vegas with my dad and sister. My brother also flew in from Seattle. We had a great weekend, eating playing, laughing and we went to see Twilight, which I loved. I was busy cooking on Thanksgiving and didn't get to take pictures of the kids, but luckily I have a professional photographer who loves to use my kids as subjects, so I got a bunch of pictures from him. Hope you enjoy
You gotta love that face
Poor Riian was sick with a stomach bug all Thursday and only peeked her head out of bed for about and hour

Yes this kid does like to makes faces
My super cool 9 year old. So handsome
My baby is not such a baby anymore
My little climber. Luckily by Friday she was feeling well enough to play again

This was during the hour on Thursday she joined us. Not a happy camper
He on the other hand is a very happy camper
